Eye Ruler provides tools to measure and track your vision. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

Eye Ruler is for personal, informational use only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Measurements may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for a professional eye examination. Consult a qualified eye-care professional for any medical concern or before making decisions about your vision or eyewear.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). One person, one account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, don't attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, and don't abuse our systems. We may suspend or remove access for violations.

5. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You may delete your measurements and account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or expose the service to legal risk. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

6. No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of measurements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
